Flexcareers.com.au empowers women to find flexible roles in the workplace. It consumes data feeds of jobs and provides filterable job listings and alerts based on users preferances. Employers can create engaging content in microsite areas of the system. Coaches can help canidates via the coaching marketplace. Jobs and people are matched using industry leading AI via an API.

Kindleman worked with Flexcareers founders as the Creative and technical lead to create a startup that is awesome, positive and genuinely disruptive in the best possible way. During the formative 18 months we used data led UX design to ensure great usability, strong signup and engagement metrics and a site users and employers liked and trusted.
