Scratch your own itch. Eat your own dog food. Build what you need. Whatever you call it, this is what we did. Emily identified a need to help parents book after school and holiday activities, based on her own experiences and frustrations. We designed and built Hippogo to meet this need. It provides listing capabilities to providers, filtered searches and saved profiles to parents and booking facilities to join the two. The system is a seamless service enabling providers and parents alike.

Hippogo runs on a RubyOnRails platform and uses Stripe payments. The site is of course fully responsive, working on any modern device. We used Foundation framework for the front end, which we love as it allows for rapid itterations as we go from prototype to MVP to mature product and beyond.
